Ingredients:
- 1 pound of fresh green beans
- 1 carrot stick or buy the whole bunch for snacks
- Olive oil
- Red vinegar or sweet fig vinegar
- Salt & pepper
Directions:
- Clean green beans and carrot
- Cut off ends of green beans and use a potato peeler to remove one layer from carrot
- Slice long strips of carrot to wrap around green beans
- Place 4-5 green beans together and wrap with one sliver of carrot
- Drizzle oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper on all green beans
- Lay foil on a cookie pan and bake in the oven on 400 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned
