My mother in law makes these for me and I just crave them. She makes them so perfect! It's one of our favorite lunches together at her house.
Ingredients:
Your favorite sandwich bread - I used Sandwich Thins by Orowheat - 100 calories.
Mayo Light
1/2 avocado
Lettuce
Salt/Pepper
1/4 of lemon
Directions:
Spread 1/2 avocado on one side of the bread and spread mayo on the other
Squeeze lemon juice over avocado and sprinkle salt and pepper on it
Add your lettuce and eat it all up! You can also add turkey, tuna, or cheese to give it some more protein.
