Garlic Steak Butter


Two Options

#1

Ingredients:
1 stick of butter
1 tbsp. of Worcestershire
2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and scoop onto the tops of a hot steak
Melts in your mouth!

#2

Ingredients:
¼ cup Canola Oil
9 whole garlic cloves
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 Tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
1 Tsp. Sugar
Pinch of White Pepper

Directions:
Take first two items and cook until garlic is browned but not crispy
Remove oil and add garlic + Extra virgin olive oil to a food processor and blend together to make paste
Add all other ingredients until smooth

***You can also use these on hot sandwiches and burgers
