Rosemary Garlic Steak Rub





Are you looking for an easy marinade for your steaks? Try this simple recipe that is quick, easy, and delicious.

Ingredients:

4 Ribeye steaks or New York Strips (about 1/4-inch thick)

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons of fresh minced rosemary

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon cracked black peppercorns

1 teaspoon course table salt or kosher salt

Directions:

In a baking dish, combine olive oil, rosemary, garlic, pepper, and salt. Rub mixture over both sides of each steak. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

When ready to cook, grill on high heat about 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Serve with your favorite style of potato and vegetables.
