Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Ingredients:

1/3 cup melted unsalted butter

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or 10-12 whole graham crackers (place whole crackers in re-sealable plastic bag, close, and use rolling pin or mallot to crush)

1/4 cup granulated white sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a bowl, microwave butter to melt for about 25 seconds

Mix Graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well blended

Press mixture into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate and try to make the crust about 1/8 inch evening around. If crumb mixture won't stick you can add a little sprinkle of water

Bake at 375 degrees for 7-10 minutes

Cool and add your favorite pie before baking

*** Perfect for pumpkin pie or mud pie. Makes one pie crust!
