Vanilla Pudding Fruit Salad

This is a perfect potluck dish. Everyone loves fresh fruit. Especially when everything is in season. Rachel Schultz adds a special secret ingredient to make this simple fruit salad make fireworks in your mouth. Dry instant vanilla pudding mix. Crowd pleaser!

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons dry instant vanilla pudding mix

1 pound of strawberries, quartered

½ pint blueberries or 6oz. container

½ pint raspberries or 6oz. container

½ fresh pineapple, cubed or go for it and use the whole thing! Estimate 4 cups

1 bunch of grapes red & green, estimate 1 cup of each

Instructions:

1. Clean and rinse your fruit. Chop the strawberries and pineapple.

2. In a large bowl, sprinkle pudding powder over fruit and stir gently. The raspberries get a little smooched but they are worth the great taste. Save the rest of the pudding package for the next fruit salad opportunity. Trust me…there will be one!

3. Serve immediately or store overnight in the refrigerator.
