1/2 cup chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1.5 cups powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS
1 1/4 sticks butter (3/4 cup)
1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Fruit: Seasonal (I used a can of crushed pineapple, 1 basket of strawberries, 2 kiwi's, and 1 banana)
DIRECTIONS
Mix flour, butter, brown sugar, and nuts together thoroughly. Press dough into greased 12' pizza pan or pie pan. I used a 9' round pie pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until crust is brown. Remove from oven, let cool.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip topping together and blend until smooth. Spread mixture onto cooled crust. Arrange fruit on top. Chill before serving.
