Garlic Bread












***You can also use this garlic spread on sandwiches and burgers


Ingredients:
¼ cup Canola Oil
9 whole garlic cloves
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 Tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
1 Tsp. Sugar
Pinch of White Pepper
1 French loaf
Optional: Shredded Cheese, Paprika, and Parsley

Directions:
Take first two items and cook until garlic is browned but not crispy
Remove oil and add garlic + Extra virgin olive oil to a food processor and blend together to make paste
Add all other ingredients until smooth
Slice French loaf in half lengthwise
Spread garlic butter on both sides of the bread. Use leftover on sandwiches and burgers over the next couple days
Add your favorite shredded cheese and then top with paprika and parsley
Bake on 350 for 8-10 minutes until cheese has melted
Cut into individual slices for guests to enjoy!

Easy Garlic Bread:

Ingredients:

Montreal Steak Seasoning by Grill Mates

Whipped Butter

Thick Texas toast Bread or small rolls cut in half

Directions:

Butter both sides of bread and sprinkle Montreal steak seasoning on top of butter.

On your BBQ grill both sides of the bread until lightly browned.
