Whiskey Steak










Ingredients for 3 New York Steaks:

½ Cup Balsamic Vinegar

½ Cup Whiskey (I used Jack Daniel’s. You can use better ones but if your husband catches you, he will make you use something cheaper for the marinade. That’s what happened to me J

Olive oil

Salt & Pepper

Directions:

Rub olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper on both sides of steaks

In a large zip-lock bag pour in the balsamic vinegar and whiskey

Lay meat inside zip-lock bag and seal very tight

Shake the bag so the marinade gets all over the steaks

Refrigerate overnight or at least 1 hour prior to barbecuing

Prepare BBQ. Charcoal preferred

Lay meats on BBQ and grill until cooked to your desired doneness giving you those wonderful looking grill marks

Serve with your favorite side dishes and sauces

Served ours with Espresso BBQ Sauce and Garlic Butter + the proper way to salt and bake a potato:
